Is it right for your home?

A great fit if you…

  • Are on city (municipal) water
  • Want genuinely soft water: the slippery feel, less soap, test strips that read soft
  • Also want chlorine taste and smell gone from every tap
  • Don't mind adding salt to the brine tank

Choose something else if…

  • You'd rather never deal with salt or electricity. The salt-free Filter + NaturSoft combo prevents scale without softening.
  • You're on well water. Call or text us first.

Three stages to soft, filtered water

  1. 5-micron sediment prefilter catches sand, silt and rust before they reach the tanks.
  2. Activated carbon tank removes chlorine taste and smell.
  3. Salt-based softener removes calcium and magnesium, the minerals that cause hardness and scale. It regenerates automatically using salt from the brine tank.

Questions

PAC4 or PAC7?

Count bathrooms with a shower or tub: PAC4 for 1–3, PAC7 for 4–6. If you're between sizes or have a large household, go up a size or call us.

How is this different from NaturSoft?

NaturSoft is salt-free: it prevents scale but leaves the minerals in the water, so test strips still read hard. This system uses salt to remove the hardness minerals, so the water is genuinely soft. It needs salt and electricity; NaturSoft needs neither.

Can I install it myself?

Yes, many customers do. It's heavy and takes a few hours. A plumber is a good option if you'd rather not.

Does it work with well water?

It's designed for municipal water. If you're on a well, call or text us before ordering.

Is Hard Water Affecting Your Home?

White spots, mineral buildup, dry-feeling skin, soap that does not lather well, and chlorine odor are common water complaints this system is designed to address.

One System. Two Powerful Technologies.

Activated Carbon Filtration

Helps reduce chlorine taste and odor throughout your home.

Salt-Based Softening

Reduces calcium and magnesium minerals responsible for hard-water buildup.

Why Not Just Buy a Water Softener?

A traditional softener addresses hardness minerals. Carbon filtration improves chlorine taste and odor. The PAC system combines both technologies into one complete whole-home solution.
