Reusable Filter

HEPA filters need to be replaced repeatedly which can easily cost hundreds of dollars per year. Airdog X8 uses non-consumable collecting plates, simplify wash it by hand and you have yourself a like new filter. No disposal of non-recycle fiberglass filter also helps to protect our environment.

Warranty

Airdog warrants all air purification products to be free of any defect in material or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the purchase date. In the event of a defect during the warranty period, Airdog agrees, at it’s discretion to either repair or replace the defective product or part free of charge. Any repaired or replaced product will itself only be warrantied for the remainder of the original warranty period.

This limited warranty covers parts and product that are used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Review the owner’s manuals and instructions for use carefully. Misuse or abuse of the product will void warranty coverage.

FitAir masks, Tubing and HEPA Filters are exempt from this warranty.

Shipping & Returns

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3-5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
