The only hiccup I had with the kit was that the funnel arrived broken. I also ordered the water softener media replacement at the same time so I used the funnel in that kit to replace the carbon media. Instructions were straightforward and I was able to complete it without any hassles.

Pain to clean. Have to constantly clean it while using it. NOT worth the price at ALL.
